RESEARCH
DCN Radiology is involved with a number of local, national and international research projects, with close integration with the University of Edinburgh (particularly the research groups listed below). We have five academic radiologists in our faculty.
Edinburgh Imaging's mission is to enhance the quality of life for patients & create solutions to disease, through their medical imaging research, NHS clinical service & online education programmes.
Prof Andrew Farrall is the programme director for the Edinburgh Imaging Academy.
The Centre for Clinical Brain Sciences undertakes fundamental and clinical research into major neurological disorders, also playing a key role in translating research findings into benefits for patients.
